The Challenges of Motion
Getting off my ass and being in action can be difficult to initiate. I don't think I am alone with this. I am talking about being an explorer of new territory.... Being a producer, rather than a consumer, of information.
Yeah, I know that one cannot separate these roles. We are always exposed to information every day of our lives. But what part of this information are we expressing from our selves? What part of this information are we accepting as background? That is what I am talking about.
More clearly: I can spend hours a day "stumbling" around the internet, reading news, listening to music, watching movies, ... etc. And I get stuck. What I really want to do is to Play music, to create projects, to write (duh, this), to socialize,...etc. To interact with life, rather than being a consumer of random distractions. So that is why I am writing right now.
I guess one of the biggest challenges for getting into motion is trying to visualize my audience and write to them. I don't know what this is all about. So here I am. Fuckal the audience. I am writing with a hangover and gettin' by.
What a way to start a blog that I have "had" for months, but never written in.
